Yes — Qwiva is completely free during our beta period. Early access users get full platform access at no cost. Paid plans will be introduced after the beta, and all beta users will receive generous grandfather pricing.
No special hardware is needed. Qwiva runs entirely in your browser on any device — laptop, tablet, or desktop. A receipt printer and barcode scanner are optional and supported, but not required to get started.
Multi-branch support is included in our upcoming Enterprise plan. You will be able to view consolidated reports, manage stock transfers, and set staff permissions across all your locations from a single dashboard.
